Manual entry. Offline-first. Any currency. Built for the 4 billion people who don't live in the US banking system — and the folks who do, but want their data on their own phone.

Plaid bank sync. Monthly paychecks. Dollar signs. The big US budget apps were built for one country's financial plumbing — and charge you $100/year to use it.
If your bank isn't on Plaid — and most of the world's aren't — the big apps just don't work. Dudget never asks for your password because it doesn't need it.
Not a toggle buried in settings. The yen, peso, real, and naira are treated exactly like the dollar. Mix currencies on a single trip. We handle the math.
Your budget period matches how you get paid. Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, or a custom cycle. The US "first of the month" assumption is out.
Type in a few numbers. Watch the formula that powers the whole app.
Every other app shows you a dashboard full of charts. Dudget shows you one number: how much you can actually spend today without breaking your budget.
The number turns green, amber, or red so you know where you stand without doing any math.
Dudget takes the 20% of features that deliver 80% of the insight — and nails them.
Three taps: income, period, currency. Done. Your first budget is ready before the milk steams. No account. No email. No commitment.
Amount, category, done. That's it. No merchant search, no receipt scan, no approval queue.
Native. Not bolted on.
USD $4,200JPY ¥420,000PHP ₱45,000Your finances stay on your device, encrypted. We can't see them. No one can.
No ML, no cloud. A simple rule engine learns your merchants the moment you categorize them.
Subway. Rural Palawan. The flight to Tokyo. Every feature is fully offline because every feature works on your device.
Saved $120 from last month? It shows up in this month's safe-to-spend. No config. No "enable rollover in settings."
Scroll down. The phone follows along.
Your safe-to-spend lives at the top of every screen. It's green if you're on track, amber if you need to slow down, red if you've gone over.
Type the amount with a big calculator numpad. Pick a category emoji. Hit save. Two taps from intent to logged.
Groceries $400. Coffee $50. Entertainment $120. Your budget shows you where each one stands, in real time.
Every transaction, grouped by day. Filter by category or period. Find that weird charge from Tuesday in three seconds.

What beta testers are saying. (Names changed — real quotes from closed beta.)
Finally, a budget app that understands my 15th-and-30th payday. I've tried YNAB twice and quit both times. This clicked in 90 seconds.
Grab, 7-Eleven, Jollibee — it remembered every merchant I categorized once. Felt like magic, but no AI creepiness.
Switched from Monarch after the $100 renewal. Dudget does 80% of what Monarch does for a quarter of the price, and I didn't have to hand over my bank password.
No free trial countdown. No paywall on day one. Use Dudget free for as long as you want.
Everything you need to run a budget. Seriously.
For power users. Priced for the world, not just the West.
Two reasons. First, bank sync (Plaid) only works in the US, Canada, UK, and a handful of European countries — most of the world is shut out. Second, even in countries where it works, you give a third party your banking password and they charge the app maker to use that connection, which gets passed on to you. Manual entry is 10 seconds per transaction and it works everywhere, forever, for free.
On your phone. In an encrypted SQLite database. That's it. We don't have a server. We can't see your transactions because they never leave your device. In a later update we'll offer optional cloud sync for couples and multi-device users — but it will be opt-in, and the encryption key will still be yours.
You can export your data to a CSV file as often as you want (free, even). For full device backup, Pro will include encrypted cloud backup with a recovery key you control. We'll never have access to decrypt it.
It is. We think $100/year is obscene for a budget app when the average person budgeting is… trying to spend less. We use regional pricing to make Pro accessible in the Philippines, India, Brazil, and Nigeria, where Western prices price most people out entirely.
No. You can use Dudget for weeks without making an account. We'll ask you to create one when you want features that span devices — like cloud backup or sharing with a partner — but even then, it's email-only. No Facebook login, no Google login, no password to remember.
We're in closed beta now. Public launch on iOS and Android is targeted for Q2 2026. Drop your email in the waitlist to get a TestFlight invite.
Download Dudget when it drops. No spam, no tricks — just a link to the store the day it's live.
