What you agree to when you use Dudget.

1Description of service

Dudget is a personal budgeting app that helps you track spending, set budget limits, and see how much you can safely spend. The App stores all data locally on your device in an encrypted database.

Dudget is not a financial institution. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or accounting services. It is a personal organization tool. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dudget. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dudget on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell access to the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4Premium subscription

Dudget offers optional premium features through in-app purchases managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Pricing

Prices may vary by region and are set by the respective app stores. All prices include applicable taxes.

Billing and renewal

• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no renewal.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android).

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Downgrade behavior

If your premium subscription expires or is cancelled:

• You retain read-only access to data created with premium features.
• Custom budget periods revert to the closest standard period type (monthly).
• No data is deleted upon downgrade.

5Data and backups

All budget data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side backups of your data.

• Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all stored data.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstall, operating system updates, or any other cause.

9Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by the Developer. The Dudget name and logo are trademarks of the Developer.

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) shall survive.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL and noted in the App's release notes. Your continued use of Dudget after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
